ISA CTEEP planning team for Strategic Asset Management
ISA CTEEP (CTEEP) is a regulated electricity transmission company with a 30-year concession to deliver power to more than 50 million homes in the São Paolo region of Brazil.
As part of the international ISA group, CTEEP was encouraged in 2015 to develop its asset management capabilities as part of a group-wide initiative. So the organisation recruited subject matter experts, TWPL to review existing maturity and develop a business value-prioritised roadmap.
As CTEEP is strictly regulated by the Brazilian electricity regulator ANEEL, it faces various challenges and constraints. However, with TWPL’s help and experience of organisational transformations, they are rapidly turning such issues into new opportunities for growth and improved performance. It is also evident that new tools and techniques are helping the company to better align priorities. They are now in a better position to deliver their strategic objectives and keep their competitive edge.
