TWPL North America continues expansion due to growing demand for PAS 55 Services
Norman Haggie, Business Manager for TWPL North America announced the appointment of Tom McDermott as Senior Consultant within the Partnership. Based in New York, Tom recently retired as Director Asset Management for the New York Power Authority (NYPA). Prior to that he was the Director of Performance Engineering at NYPA. During his tenure , he oversaw systematic asset condition assessment of NYPA’s power system equipment and life cycle cost management, developed and implemented asset and work management methodologies necessary for compliance to NERC, and anchored the NYPA asset management initiative within PAS 55 requirements. He was also Chairman of the Business Unit Risk Committee and strategic planning initiatives.
