The Woodhouse Partnership Limited (TWPL) was formed in 1995 by a team of former senior managers of 'blue chip' organisations including Shell, UK Atomic Energy Authority, the Royal Air Force, Philips and Kvaerner Engineering. It has grown to become a world leading authority and source of expertise in the optimal, sustainable management of physical assets.
TWPL provides education and consulting services to many industry sectors in over 25 countries. This includes providing organisational reviews, 'roadmapping' and facilitated improvement programmes, and the design and delivery of competency MSc degree programmes. TWPL is also one of the first organisations to be Endorsed by the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) for professional Asset Management competency development.
TWPL project managed the DTi/European MACRO and SALVO projects, chaired the production of the BSi PAS 55 standard, provided UK Expert Representatives on the ISO PC251 Committee developing the ISO 55000 family of standards, and also development of the first IAM Competences Framework.
